Retain Task in Multiple List setting in Templates

When I build a Template e.g. default client folder with lists, and then each list has multiple tasks (e.g. there is a list for different services the client needs - tax return, VAT, payroll - each of these tasks has a specific task type assigned (custom)). I then go in to each task and select the other list(s) I want the task to show in e.g. For Tax Return task - show in the Tax Return list in the Production space 'Tax Return' List. I then save this as the Client Folder template. However, when I then apply that template to the creation of a new folder for a client in our Client Space, it does not retain the setting to show the tasks in the various lists i.e. the template does not seem to have retained / applied that particular setting. When I created the template I retained everything and views. Is there currently a way to retain those 'show in multiple list settings' in the saved template, or if not, could that feature be inlcuded.
