When dragging or editing task dates in Gantt or Timeline view, show a real-time resource capacity overlay for the assigned person(s), similar to Smartsheet's resource popup. Right now, our PMs have to flip between Gantt and Workload views to check if moving a task overloads someone. An inline capacity indicator during drag operations would eliminate that context switch and reduce scheduling conflicts.
