I am writing regarding a feature request for Time Tracking in ClickUp. We are currently using the Business plan and have a specific need for our organization: We need to make it mandatory for users to select a tag when logging time on tasks
Currently, we can't find this option in either Workspace or Space settings
This is crucial for our reporting and internal processes
Our use case:
  • We have team members performing different functions
  • We need to accurately track which function is performing each tracked activity
  • We integrate ClickUp with our internal systems through the API
  • Accurate tracking of functions is essential for our reporting and billing processes
Could you please:
  • Confirm if this feature is available in our current plan
  • If available, guide us on how to configure it
