Reminders have become less useful in ClickUp 4.0.

With the ClickUp 4.0 update, reminders are no longer a feature that integrates different workspaces. As I provide consulting services and help other companies implement ClickUp, using reminders is essential for capturing demand, requests, and many other purposes. Based on the GTD method, ClickUp reminders were the best alternative, since they could be converted into whatever you wanted after capture. I ask that you evaluate the return of the reminder feature to its previous state.

Hey, there!
Reminders can no longer be across Workspaces, as our infrastructure no longer allows this functionality. Legacy Reminders were one of the last pieces of functionality that allowed global user replication across Workspaces but ClickUp's performance is far improved without this global data functionality.
Sorry for getting a bit in the technical weeds, but it's just something that we can't undo!
