Reminder Feature – Hard to Find, Outdated Data, and No Overview

I’d like to share some feedback regarding the
Reminder
feature in ClickUp. While I appreciate the ability to set reminders quickly, I’ve found the overall experience quite confusing and lacking in key areas.## 1. Reminders Are Hard to Locate
The reminder function is not easily accessible within the app. There’s no clear or dedicated section where I can see all my active reminders at a glance. Instead, reminders seem to be scattered across different views, making it difficult to manage them efficiently.
## 2. Reminder Data Does Not Update Reliably
I’ve noticed that reminder data does not always sync or refresh properly. For example, after completing or dismissing a reminder, the counter or status sometimes still shows outdated information. This inconsistency undermines trust in the tool, especially when trying to stay on top of time-sensitive tasks.
## 3. No Overview of the Full Reminder List
Currently, I can only add reminders, but I cannot view a complete, consolidated list of all reminders I’ve created. Without a proper overview, it’s easy to miss or forget about existing reminders. A simple list view—similar to what is available for tasks—would greatly improve usability.
## Suggested Improvements
- Add a dedicated “Reminders” section in the main navigation.
- Ensure real-time updates for reminder statuses across all devices.
- Provide a clear, filterable list of all reminders (active, completed, overdue).
- Consider adding a calendar or timeline view for reminders to help with planning.
I’m a regular ClickUp user and truly value its flexibility, but the current reminder experience feels fragmented. Improving this would make a big difference in daily task management.
