Recover deleted attachments from tasks

At the moment there is no way I can recover any file that I delete from the attachments in any task. In the situation when you accidentally hit the delete button on any file there should be a way to recover that file from the trash.

Please implement this functionality on the trash page. The inability to recover these items introduces a significant risk.

This just happened, and I thought you could never delete anyone's upload but your own. Guess that's not true anymore!

The download button is next to the delete button and there is no way to recover attachments if there is an accident??!

+1 to the Comment from Claire below: We need a 'Are you sure you want to delete?' warning at LEAST, and an ability to restore from Trash, and a line in Activity that shows who deleted it and when.
