Rearrange Lists in Overview

The lists in the space overview tab seem to be organized in an arbitrary order. The sensible options would be for the order to match the configuration of the space, or handles were provided to the user to reorder the lists within the overview.

Related to this, I would like to be able to hide lists. We have an Out-of-Scope list that holds tasks not relevant for a particular project, and I don't want to see it on the Overview tab as something that has no progress toward completion.
