I need the planner to be able to really function as a planner:
  1. When dragging tasks inside the plannen they are seen as 'focus time' which is good, since I can schedule to work on it multiple times. However, It will also sync to my outlook calendar. While I need my outlook calendar to be clean and only show real meetings (not focus time to work on task).
  2. As a projectmanager I need to see the calendars and planners of my team/coworkers. Of course after permission. Since I, as the planner, should be able to see all their planners, preferably at te same time (for comparison), so I can see when someone has time to work on something. And that I can schedule 'working on task X' for my coworkers. It does not work if I constantly have to ask them to show me their calendar on their laptop and then tell them what they should schedule for themselves.
  3. focus time should alse be recognized as something that adds up to workload. If someone has 1 meeting of 1 hour and in the planner 7 hours are focus time to work on tasks. Then the workload will only show that 1 hour meeting, unless I specifically add a due date to a tasks and estimate time. The problem with that, is that I need to be able to plan working on tasks, which is not the same as due date. Since we've got tasks we will work on multiple times during multiple weeks. Thus I would like the possibilities to plan tasks and see that this will be added to workload for a better overview as projectmanager.
