Hi,
Instead of having a few random formula columns, it would be great if ClickUp build a robust project budget/finance management tool from ground up. Something that can help us manage an entire budgeting for the projects that we manage in. LickUp and that can easily integrated with ClickUp project management tool.

I created a solution for clients which allows you to set a time or monetary budget for each client or project per month (or any other time frame). An external Make.com automation sums up all time tracking for the client for the given time period and adds it automatically to the overview. A formula compares budget vs. actuals and returns if you are in, close or over budget. On top of that an automation notifies you, when you hit a certain budget threshold.
