We are a professional services organization implementing ERP systems. The only challenge we have experienced is in the ability to forecast future projects expectations to gauge resource availability to make utilization or hiring decisions against. I've seen other PPM systems address this with placeholder roles; this would be excellent in ClickUp. We have attempted workarounds with setting up Teams in ClickUp, but that requires an individual to be assigned to the Team and does truly reflect forecasted needs. Even if this was supplied as a ClickApp it would be a massive win. I have a hard time believing that other professional services and PMO organizations are not having similar challenges. Otherwise, ClickUp is a beast of a system with one shortcoming on forecasting.
