Progress Tracking for Repeated Action Items AKA Item Count Tracking in Tasks

If I need to track the progress of creating 100 of the same part, I currently would need to create a checklist with 100 lines. The functionality for tracking completion of "N" parts is mostly there, but as individual checklist line items.
A different type of "checklist" should be available, so that a 500-line checklist is not necessary to track 500 cloned parts.
A "Batch Checklist" or otherwise similarly named apparatus should simply define one item and how many copies need to be made for the Task to be considered complete. Multiple parts can be handled by creating separate checklists within the same task, which already exists as a feature, or by breaking it into subtasks for each discrete part with one Batch Checklist per subtask. No need to overcomplicate it.
