When creating new chats, when you type out the name of someone, it considers EVERYONE in the workspace and doesn't prioritize MEMBERS. I've made the mistake of adding the wrong Hugo to an internal chat who turned out to be a client, not a team member.
Would love to see separations between MEMBERS , LIMITED MEMBERS , GUESTS in chat, similar to the way Assignee selection works. It would also help if search prioritized MEMBERS over other types of users in the workspace, and/or considers interaction history.
As an example: If I type "Hugo" in the new chat search bar, Hugo B (the MEMBER) should appear before Hugo A (the guest), despite their last name being out of alphabetical order. If I've interacted more with Hugo B in ClickUp in general, he also should appear before Hugo A.
Similarly, having the distinction between Members and other types of People in the Assignee selection drop down would tremendously help.
