Just discovered I can achieve (almost) what I need with a gantt portfolio view. Its not available as a card in the dashboard which is a nice-to-have, but there do seem to be some limitations in filtering and column display.

Below is a mock-up of a view I used in another tool that I found really vital in visualizing progress across the project portfolio. The columns can be interchanged with the ClickUp equivalents but it would need to be able to go to the lower task level (other roadmap requests reference this) or support more capability, e.g. custom fields, at the portfolio level.

The key point is the display of the overall project timelines (which, now we're supposed to be getting the automatic date rollup by end of May, we should be able to use) and progress within that based on task completion.

Portfolio already has the status calculation and milestones, so its just a case of overlaying them on a min/max timeline view.

This gives an 'at-a-glance' view of how long are the team committed to the projects and delay on project progress vs. timeline.

Would also love a Gantt View to look over many projects at once, understand the status and how much time is left
