Surprised to see this hasn't been updated despite being requested last year.
With all the new features and app updates, this is the Planner area is currently super lacking in ClickUp.
Literally nothing shows up in the time schedule, just some all day events (which you cannot even tap/CLICK into the task.) You can't swipe to see other days, seems like it's locked on 1 day. The calendar icon in top right corner does not allow you to see different days, month views, or annual views. The button actually does not do anything.
Think about how this can literally replace Google Calendar for so many people and be directly integrated with our Workspaces! Competitors like Monday.com take pride in Ai Scheduling on Calendars, now imagine if Super Agents can not only schedule events through due dates, but easily adjust what's happening within our week ahead by a simple prompt--keeping the Planner on what is actually relavent and current. Or even just the ability to drag and drop an event to a new day/week easily from the Planner view on mobile.
With so many lists and tasks due, being able to super simply schedule in my priorities (like you can do on desktop) would be so helpful. Allowing for focused time blocks where people can actually get things done, without forgetting or think they do not have time set to do it.
Planner on Mobile would make weekly scheduling and planning THAT much easier.
What is going on?
This is a key function that can be a game changer for everybody using ClickUp on mobile--this IS time management and i would be ecstatic with clearly many others, to use ClickUp Planner to truly make our time more effective. The only way to do that is Adding True Function to ClickUp Planner Mobile.
Because be for real, on the go, heading to a meeting and needing to pull up the location and other information before you head out is so necessary, but impossible to do because I would have to open my laptop and do this.
So ClickUp Dev Team, please please please know that ClickUp Planner on Mobile NEEDS an Immediate Fix!
Thank you,
Arjin

We use Planner as a single view of availability across many calendars. On web we can turn off everything except our own calendar, which works great, but on iOS Planner shows many calendars at once with no way to toggle them individually.
That makes it too noisy to use on the go. It would be very helpful if the mobile app either respected the web Planner calendar settings or offered per‑calendar filters so we can control what we see while traveling.

The Mobile Planner feature currently does not allow adding or editing tasks or events. For me, this limits its added value, as it doesn’t offer the same functionality as the ClickUp platform.

Currently on the mobile app the Planner/Calendar/Upcoming views are pretty useless unfortunately. For two main reasons:
1) When you tap items while in these views, you can't interact with them properly.
They are just being displayed. Not actionable.
- I added a Reminder, and now in Upcoming I can only check it off and not edit it.
- Can't add tasks while in Planner view.
- Can't edit calendar events while in Planner.
- There's more issues, but that's for your design and qa team to notice and sort out really.
2) When I go to Planner I see the synced google calendar events but no clickup tasks due.
And when I got into a Space and switch its view to Calendar I only see clickup tasks but no google events.
We can't work like that obviously. No clear picture of everything that's going on.
To sum things up - it's pointless to have features and views working ok on desktop, without them being as functional on mobile. It's 2026. It's essential. Otherwise the system cannot be trusted.

I see the planner in mobile app but literally none of the events show up there. I've confirmed with 2 other team members they have the same issue. We have multiple calendar events that show on the webapp/desktop but no on the mobile app. All newer iPhones and we made sure app is most recent version. This has been going on over 2 months since we started using Clickup for our team.
This is killing us as we've already missed multiple meetings because of it. Please fix ASAP, Current integration is half baked and clearly not functioning properly.

Justin Kujawa Yup, same thing for us!

Please, quickly. Current calendars cannot be used on mobile. Integration with GCal is buggy, tasks cannot be dragged and dropped, entering the date and time when editing is tedious. The calendar is the absolute base of project management. I have been dealing with the fact that ClickUp does not have, or rather has, a lousy calendar on mobile for 2 years. Version 4.0 is again without any fundamental changes.

I would LOVE to see this done! I use the mobile app almost more than the desktop version so this would be amazing. Otherwise, I have to use Motion, Akiflow, or Reclaim because they have a mobile app.. and basically duplicating daily tasks.. it's an exhaustive workflow.

Absolutely, for me personally no point planning on desktop to find that I cannot view, follow, add or amend the planner when I’m on mobile or iPad where I do a lot of my work and planning. Leaves me paying for a separate planning calendar application for this function alone because I need it on mobile/ipad. Especially given Apples big push (ISO 26) to make the iPad more suitable to be used as laptop I feel more people will want this function.
