Planner & Calendar

When i drag & drop a task inside the calendar in planner mode it should also do the real booking of the task and not just a focus time.
So when i or a colleague goes to my calendar it will be there showing that i am working on it

Ricardo Clerigo we would like the actual TASK to be the default item that sticks on the planner, not a "focus time" block associated with the task. This is possible if you either a) drag the task from the "All Day" section of the planner (or i believe if you schedule the task for a specific time that day within the record), OR b) create the task directly on the planner.
Video upload keeps failing but screenshot shows the task at the top left is the TASK scheduled (not the "work on" block, as in bottom left).
The feature would be perfect if the block could actually BE the task
and
also have availability customizable like in time blocking - ie. to show you as busy or free to colleagues on your calendar. I like to use "Work on" time block if it's a large task that will span several time instances. I really prefer to just use the exact task as the block itself if it's going to complete within the block i created.

I know what you mean. I want to choose that the actual task is added to the planner. I can't do anything useful with the Focus Time block as far as I can see?
If I can drag the task (not Focus Time) into the Planner and then work from the task like the second screenshot, then that makes my life much easier.
The Planner is very buggy, can end up being frustrating sometimes. But I persevere, because I work across multiple Spaces and Lists and I need to see the big picture f my time planning.

Hey there - not sure what you mean. Can you explain a bit more?
When you drag a task from the sidebar in planner, it creates a block of focus time associated with the task that shows as busy to your colleagues. So when a colleague goes to your calendar it sees that time as busy.
