Yes! This is exactly what I have been needing! The inability to do that, unnecssarily complicates something that should be so easy. This is by far the biggest hurdle that has made our transition from Asana the hardest. It is too cumbersome to simply assign tasks to specific people from a list of tasks.

These Three ideas are asking for the SAME FEATURE. Make it so guests and members can only see what is assigned to them.

Who wants their clients to see all the internal working and communications of employees? This right is being forced by ClickUp. Add a client to a task, and they can see all subtasks inside that task. Does even 10% of ClickUp's user base really want this?

I'm sure this is more. Plain and simple... we need people to see Me mode and only me mode... they don't need to do anything but get the work done that was assigned to them. And as for client's they don't need more information than necessary about how you run your business. They just need to see the high level tasks.

Splitting lists that could be unified, just to restrict access that could be restricted at the task (instead of list) level, is a pain.

I was looking for this request! It would be great if we could also have the option to limit access to assigned tasks only. Right now, I have to duplicate tasks to a separate list to keep sensitive info private. I'd rather certain people only see the tasks they're assigned to, instead of the whole list.

I need something similar for reimbursement submission (I was people to only be able to view their own reimbursements). I was hoping the new Dashboards would allow selective visibility (thru Filters), but guests can only see tasks in a Dashboard if they have access to view the entire task List.

I'm looking for this feature as well. This would be great.
