I would love the ability to designate a parent task as the "Project Home," where it serves as a centralized hub for all activity across its subtasks. Specifically, I am looking for the following:
  1. Consolidated Activity Feed — All messages and activity from subtasks should roll up and appear in the parent task's activity feed. I would love for messages, along with all other subtask activity, to be visible in one glance at the parent task level.
  2. Dynamic Assignee Adoption — I would like the parent task to have the ability to automatically adopt the assignee of whichever subtask is currently unblocked and active, so it is always clear who is responsible for moving the project forward at any given time.
  3. Dynamic Status Adoption — I would like the parent task to reflect the status of the current active subtask, giving a real time view of where the project stands without having to dig into each individual subtask.
Overall, I am looking for better project management flow features that allow the parent task to serve as a true live overview of the entire project.
