This would be great. A simple tool to globally reallocate all your responsibilities to another users while on leave. Or you could utilise the automations structure to create a folder specific automation. e.g. when i'm on leave reassign my tasks to user x.

How is this still not a feature?

I think this is an absolute must must-have for any project management platform since it impacts dependencies and deadlines. Please make this a priority.

PLEASE can we have something that enables us to book team members/block them out when they are on leave/holiday and unavailable? We use the Everything view in place of Float to view total team capacity, schedules etc and can't find a simple way to book someone off for a day without always having to essentially create a 7hr task for them on that day to show they are full/unavailable

Right now, we do this by editing our name in our account so that it reads Elizabeth Bazan OOO xx/xx-xx/xx. I'd love something that similarly indicates out of the office but can be set to turn on and off automatically as with email.

For a project management tool, this is essential! Can't believe ClickUp doesn't have that. One thing Asana is doing better. You should fix that asap.

We're working a standard in our organization to have a dedicated space with a task assigned to every user for tracking PTO. They then create a subtask for every time they're OOO with the start and due date as the OOO date range. Those tasks can then be linked to any project spaces so people on that project can see the status of others on the project. It would great if every user just had a personal calendar for tracking that, which could then be used for this type of autoresponder and due date warning/blocking functionality.
