My use case:

I have a list with two views. One is set to show Not Started and Active statuses, and the other is set to show Done and Complete Statuses. I have each view set to show empty statuses, but I only want to see the Empty Statuses that are in each filter. I don't need to see any of the statuses that aren't in my filter.
