Two requests around comments on PDFs and "subtasks":
1) When we use a PDF to comment about changes our designers need to make, they need to scroll down the page past the subtasks and checklists before they can see the list of changes they need to make. If we had the option to remove checklists and subtasks when not used OR drag this to a higher place on the page, it would allow them to quickly see their assignments (I am not confident they'll pay attention to the activity section; they are very task oriented).
2) The assigned comments work SO well for linking designers with what on an existing document needs to change. The problem is that we cannot assign due dates. I can type in a due date (per example), but they rely on their calendar view. If the due date is not on their calendar, it is not on their radar. In an old program we used, when we would comment on a PDF within a task, it would make them into subtasks that we could schedule due dates to.
