Option to make Personal Priorities Lists shareable

Include an option to make Personal Lists shareable with the entire team. I think this used to be an option before 4.0 was rolled out (I found older videos that displayed a SHARE button on the Personal Priorities card).

Sharing priorities surfaced before 4.0 - we removed it intentionally to keep "personal" personal. But your use case might justify a managed exception. Quick Q: do you want share = read-only (manager sees what their reports are working on), or collaborative (multiple people edit the same priorities list)? Different feature.

Vasil Enchev Priority for us would be that the manager can see the task that the report is working on (i.e. could be a read only). Does not need to be editable.
