Currently if you add comments on the text in docs, it defaults to being an Assigned comment, even if you dont @ or select someone. It defaults to assigned to Anyone.

Not every comment, especially replies to the initial comment need to be an Assigned comment.

This is especially annoying when it pings everyone on the doc, and shows all the comments as Assigned Comments in Task View of the task the docs are nested under (see screenshot).
