Open Sharepoint Attachment to Microsoft Desktop Application

While using the ClickUp web application, and having attached a sharepoint\onedrive document to a task, clicking on the attachment opens the document using office online
What I would like to happen, is that clicking on the attachment would open the document via the desktop office app (word\excel\etc.)

I would also like to see this. We add links from SP as well and would like to also open links in the relevent app
