Context:

Currently tasks can be deleted but there is no notification to the task Watchers that this has happened.

Whilst the task is in the trash, since there is no notification, tasks can be in there for over 30 days (at which point they are deleted) before discovering the task is missing and cannot be recovered.

Send notifications to watchers on delete of a task
