My team consistently complains of over-notifications, causing them to reduce use of inbox and use methods outside of ClickUp which is not helpful to processes.

Some of the required settings are frustrating and not necessary. It would be nice if we could turn some of these off (like New Comments in Task Comments - I only want to see comments assigned to me, not everyones new comment threads + Status Changes in Task activity - our project manager runs updates so it is not necessary to me to see status changes on all tasks I am a watcher of)

I would say particularly there should be more customization between Watcher vs Assignee notification settings.
