I would like to suggest an improvement to the AI Notetaker. Currently, transcripts are automatically saved as private documents and it is not possible to change the destination folder or access those documents in batch via API, even with an authorized token.

This makes it impossible to automate the process of organizing transcripts. It would be very useful to have the option to:

1-Choose the destination folder where the transcripts are saved

2-Allow access via API to AI Notetaker documents with authorized token

This would allow teams to automate the workflow with tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make
