What happens in our reality, as a rule, we have a main task, parent task, schedule and assigned to a team member, with no estimated hours. Within this task, there are a series of subtasks, with estimated hours, and in the mother task, the sum of the estimated hours of those subtasks will appear. So far so good. The problem is that in the workload, this task appears with an estimated value of 0 hours and is not translated into the weekly/daily capacity of the team member.
