No required cards in Overviews

I don't always want a List card in my Folder overviews, and I don't always want a Folder card in my Space overviews. (Graphs and portfolios are often a better way to show the same information.)

The way I use the hierarchy doesn't require me to use folders, so the card is completely empty and I can't remove it.
This card is important for a lot of people, but I do think it'd be better for the slim minority of us who don't need folders to be able to hide a card that's essentially doing nothing.
