In ClickUp 1.x, it was easy to create a task using a template, as the new task simply appeared on the screen and just needed to be filled in.

Now, in ClickUp 2.x, there is a small message saying that the task has been created … but it doesn’t appear on the screen.

To carry on and complete the newly created task, I have to – in my case – switch to the calendar, where it is displayed as a new task.

Why do people have to make things that work well more complicated?
