I’d like to suggest making the “New” section above the Inbox removable or customizable. Our team doesn’t use this feature, and having it permanently displayed above the Inbox creates unnecessary clutter and can be quite frustrating.

It would be great to have the option to hide or remove it so teams can customize their workspace to better suit their workflows.
