Currently team view is only show resource allocation at the parent level.

This gives the wrong utilization.

Need the resource assignment and utilization calculations to work on the sub-task level.

If resources are allocated to a sub-tasks which only takes a fraction of the parents duration the Clickup shows the resource allocated for the full duration of the parent task, which is incorrect. the parent task is not a really as task. Its a collection of sub-tasks.

Need the ability to only calculate effort at the sub-task level.
