I want to have the ability to add a custom field that works just like the estimated time feature. I have found a few situations where I need to add up hours separately and are stuck with only one option. Example: Without using sub tickets adding estimated time for each assignee . Also trying to create a time track log of over time or time to return. I want the row to roll up. Or have an original estimate and updated estimate option. Is there a way to efficiently do this?
