Problem Statement:
Currently, the ClickUp Planner and Calendar views are restricted to a single Workspace. For power users, freelancers, and business owners who manage multiple Workspaces (e.g., one for internal operations, one for different clients, and one for personal tasks), this creates a significant productivity bottleneck. Users are forced to manually switch between Workspaces to see their full availability, making it nearly impossible to time-block accurately without overlapping commitments.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a "Unified Planner" or "Everything View" that transcends Workspace boundaries. This feature should allow users to:
  1. Toggle Visibility:
Select which Workspaces should contribute tasks to the current Planner view.
  2. Cross-Workspace Time Blocking:
Drag tasks from a "Global Sidebar" (containing tasks from all joined Workspaces) onto the calendar.
  3. Conflict Detection:
See "Focus Time" and "Events" from all Workspaces in one view to prevent overbooking.
Why this is a "Game Changer":
As ClickUp moves towards being the "One app to replace them all," the current siloed structure of Workspaces contradicts the need for a single source of truth for an individual's time. A unified calendar would allow users to manage their entire life and business within ClickUp, rather than relying on external tools like Google Calendar to merge their views.
Use Case:
"As a business owner, I have a 'Client Work' Workspace and an 'Internal Ops' Workspace. I need to see my deadline for a client project while I am scheduling my internal team meetings to ensure I actually have the 'Focus Time' available to execute the work."
