I have used Jira more. Usually the link of the issue is shared in slack chat or in other issues. In this case i had to hover around for sometime to see where i can find this option.

Then in found that it was in the "..." three dots.

I donot see the point in having or where an end user can get benefitted.

So the Copy ID must be replaced with "Copy Link" (or) and additional option must be provided to an end user to "Copy Link" with a single click.
