We have a client NPS questionnaire set up. A few things that don't quite work in ClickUp:
• Star ratings – these need to be out of 10 so they're more nuanced. There's a huge jump in interpretation between 3/5 and 4/5, for example
• If someone gives us a rating > 7 then we'd need a conditional form to show asking them if they'd give us a referral. We do not want this to show to clients who gave us less than 7 stars (given that's an odd thing to ask someone who has just said you fell short).
• Show conditional informations blocks – eg if a client says yes to a referral, show an information block with instructions.
