More flexible automation actions add-on billing

The capacity to buy more automation addons is surprisingly restrictive only allowing single instance of single plan per billing cycle which can be incredibly restricting for businesses with sudden growth of traffic that depends on automations.
The proposal is to add the ability to buy multiple instances and different plans of automation actin add-ons per billing cycle the same way multiple members can be billed in arbitrary quantities

You can currently buy more automations whenever you need even with the current model, if you notice a sudden increase in automation usage mid month, you can change your automation action add-on to the higher variant. Does this not solve your problem?

so in our example when we bought 1k actions and it turned out insufficient we could neither buy another 1k package nor upgrade to 10k package, my proposition is to be able to do just that
