The current automation system is useful but highly limited. A major rework that makes it more highly integrated into third-party apps and provides more flexibility with creating advanced logic flows (more triggers, more complex flows than if this then that) would be immensely useful.

Such changes would potentially enable ClickUp to replace platforms like Zapier.
