Be able to have it as a Location in TEAMS (microsoft)

When you have the "more actions" option it immediately opens a window that asks to indicate the location in which you want to create the task and there is no option to add it to the personal list.

Create an App for MS Teams so that ClickUp can render as a tab with MS Teams
Monday.com, SmartSheet, and Wrike offer this. Can meet the User where they are if they are using MS Teams as a form of primary communication - especially in your enterprise organizations.

Hi Ryan MacAlmon (HPE) - thanks for raising this. We’re considering it internally too. While it’s not planned at this stage, it’s on our radar as we assess future opportunities.

I would like to comment on this.
As of now, there is no way to turn a Teams message into a ClickUp task.
You can right click a task, and have it send an email to an inbox, but that's quite hard to do.
ideally ClickUp creates a PowerApps Workflow that allows us to select the correct list, add due dates, priorities, assign people, etc.
I'd take adding it to the right list and then it shows a link to the task where I can easily update the details to start.

There are more than 100 votes in separate requests asking for more granular MSFT Teams notifications and ability to add ClickUp tasks in MSFT Teams, etc.

A lot of room for improvement on this integration. Asana, Jira, Monday all doing it way better (functionally).

Completly agree with the comments. Other application like Trello are already in Teams. Why clickup is not ??

Our company is currently planning to introduce ClickUp as the main task and project management tool. As Microsoft Teams is the main entry point for our daily work, we were very much looking forward for the integration. Although we love the product so far, this integration left a lot of room for improvement. The current integration only provides "notification integration".
I believe we are not the only company who would love to use ClickUp instead of the out-of-box available Planner. Regardless of the TONs of missing features from Planner, it has a big advantage: real MS Teams integration.
I would love to see MS Teams (MST) integration as followings:
- ClickUp could be added to MST as a tab (just like Planner)
- each time an MST team created with name XYZ and ClickUp tab would be added > ClickUp "XYZ" space created
- user management would be in sync: MST team members added to the related Clickup space
- when you navigate to the ClickUp tab under the specific MST team, you would see the tasks under the related ClickUp space
I'm not sure technically how you can have a "tab integration", but if possible to use the native ClickUp interface, that would be perfect. So mainly the integration could focus on team (space) and user management. So navigating on MST interface between teams (which are mostly projects and departments), you would visualize ClickUp folders+lists+tasks for the specific space.
It could save a lot of manual sync between the 2 systems and also provide a "single interface" for most of the daily work.
