Today, when we attach a video to the comments (whose purpose for us is to provide feedback on adjustments or changes to an audiovisual delivery), the interface does not intuitively appear which is the right icon to open the video with the comment tab to indicate where and at what time the change should be made, making the person on the team have to seek auxiliary ways to solve this, with prints, etc., and there is already the option to indicate by comments, but it is not intuitive.

The button that appears today at first is full screen, and the other icon that opens with the comments, in a certain way, is already full screen, so I recommend that the first button that appears on the video, be to open the full screen tab with the comment feature, please.

Ps.: Even worse is that the full screen button with comments only appears when we hover the mouse. Solve this.
