Mark tracked hours that have been billed to avoid double billing. A check mark next to the billed time that would hide the hours from the total would help.

Please also see the API feature request to be able to filter for all relevant values. We'd also need an API integration to set a tracked time "Billed".

Lindsey Aiello: Definitely YES! There should be checkboxes in the report to bulk-select time entries and change their status, edit tags etc.
Furthermore it would make sense to also be able to add custom fields to time entries and edit their values in batch here. Have a look at Tempo for Jira for example, they allow to add custom fields to time entries. You can for example categorize tracked time further or whatever you like.
