The current system is completely innavigable. I have no clue where comments are, it's impossible to find old comments, the screen is disgustingly cluttered at all times, some comments go in forward chronological order, others seem to go in backwards chronological order. I have been on the internet my entire life and I have never been asked to use a platform this unusable. Your attempts to integrate AI will make it worse.

Please just bring in some test users who have not used your product and ask them to help you give some feedback to make something that is functional without dozens of hours sunk in to learning to use this.
