Make PTO separate from weekends in the scheduling logic

The Skip Non-Working Days ClickApp treats PTOs the same as weekends and holidays, so there's currently no way to skip weekends while still counting through personal days off. This is bothersome when it comes to tasks scheduling and projecting project timelines.
Please separate Personal Time-Offs from companywide Non-Working Days
