Hemant Kumar I was assuming you were meaning there is an option to add Locations to Overview. Sorry if i wasnt understanding. I was expecting to see a Card that indicates locations.

Just one thing to keep in mind. Calculation cards don't actually let you calculate %, average, etc. You can only add symbols next to the numbers.

Please fix that.

Daniel Urbano: Depending on the type of field selected, you have the following functions available to use in Calculation cards. You are correct that we cannot calculate % as of yet, but average is available.

Lily Chant honestly, none of these cards have ever been useful to me. An overview on list or folder level only makes any sense if you're able to roll up data to this level which doesn't seem to be the case...

Lily Chan yes this also includes list/folder/space level fields and the ability to compare them against rolled up data. Example: A folder is a project and I want to set a time or monetary budget for this project on folder level and compare it against all time tracked within the folder. This would be really useful use case for cards in overviews. I know this requires lots of fundamental work across the entire platform but it would be better to focus resources on this rahter than on cosmetic changes of overviews.

Lily Chan Custom fields for lists and folders as well as rollups (as mentioned by Pierre) would be a real game changer for us. Just yesterday I had a conversation with colleagues that complained that ClickUp is too complicated.

What they mean is that we have a folder as an entity for a project AND we additionally have a task for the same project.

Having an Overview for the folder (=project) that also has custom fields, would be the solution. We would also show multiple folders (projects) with their custom fields on a portfolio overview.

• Need ability to pull lists from ALL folders in a space's overview... Not just the top-level lists. (Custom select which lists maybe? All or some or filter)

• For that matter, I need the same for the whole workspace, but the info I can surface at "home" is not the same, nor can I surface it in a dashboard.

• Need custom fields for lists in overview (and show on the menu to the right) to be able to label / tag lists with overall status that I can quickly glance at and see.

• Being able to filter/group the lists based on status would be cool too.

Hemant Kumar- would be great to see the ability to add a doc in the list overview. We have a large enterprise team and would be great to use it as a space for key team updates [eg leadership notes, what to focus on this week, etc. somebody from Clickio created a mock up of this org hub last year and did a short demo, I just can’t remember who]
