I’d like to suggest a feature that allows users to share or reference data between lists without exposing all task details.

The idea would be to create an “anchor” or linked reference from a secondary list (or sublist) that pulls only specific fields or data points from a main list — for example, just the employee names — without showing the full content or sensitive information contained in the original tasks.

This would work like a controlled data link or a read-only mirror, allowing teams to reuse and validate information (such as names, IDs, or project titles) across different lists, while maintaining data privacy and avoiding duplication.

Such a feature would be extremely useful for cases like HR or Operations, where a private master list could securely feed selected data to other collaborative lists.
