step 0 create a doc as meeting minutes
step 1 go through tasks on the meeting and write comments as task updates.
step 2 inside the task with a new /something command you can attach the comment to the precreated doc. I could imagine that the command would include the specific task as discussion item and add the specific comment as status update.
I know that it is possible to link a task when you are in the document but for that we need at least 2 person in the meeting. 1 is updating the doc the second is moderating the meeting presenting the task and writing the comments with the updated info. With the above mentioned solution this is going to happen vica versa, so you are in the task(not in the doc) and the written comment will became a disussion item and status update immediately in the doc. The only prerequirement is that the DOC for meeting minutes should exist before.
