Your personal must-dos — now visible right next to team priorities in Task View, Board View, List View, and more.

No extra clicks. No detours. Just flow.

- Wrap one up? → We’ll toast you to clear it out.
Clean inbox, clear brain, high five. ✋
✅ Team Priorities View
(for Teams Hub users)
See what your teammates are prioritizing — all in one neat view.
Perfect for syncing up, 1:1s, and keeping everyone rowing in the same direction.
✅ Now more accessible then ever

✅ Inbox + Trace Activity
Get notified when something gets added to (or removed from) your priorities.
Track it all in the task's history — because context matters.
✅ Extra Context (Optional, but Awesome)
Fields like "added by" and "added on" give helpful breadcrumbs without cluttering your view.
✅ Upgraded Profiles

I have access to managing personal priorities but the widget in the top bar is not visible for me?
Carlos Pascacio
I have the same problem x.x
Guy Mannerings
Font for the new Priorities quick access area is really small compared to everything else. Was better a few weeks ago.
Guy Mannerings
The Priority flag shown next to the item in the top bar should match the colour of the Priority level.
Right now it is white, but the priority of the task in this case (attached) is red.

I really love what you have with Priorities so far. I just wanted to help maybe take it one more step and beyond. Great Job with the work you have done so far I see where your going with this. I Challenge you and your team to take it one more step if possible.
## Use Case Example
Instead of having all tasks in one long list, I could have:
- "Personal SYSTEMS"bucket (home automation, personal projects)
- "Marketing Events"bucket (tournaments, competitions)
- "Work Projects"bucket (client deliverables)
Each bucket would follow its own internal priority rules, while the buckets themselves are ordered by my personal importance hierarchy.
Custom Priority Bucketing System
## Core Concept
Allow users to create personalized "buckets" to group their lists/projects, then apply custom prioritization rules at both the bucket level and within each bucket.
## Key Components
### Bucket Management
- Create custom bucket names that make sense to you (like "Personal SYSTEMS", "Marketing Events", etc.)
- Define what types of lists/projects belong in each Prioritization Bucket
### List Assignment
- Drag and drop lists into your defined buckets
- Allow lists to belong to multiple buckets if needed
- Visual grouping so you can see which bucket each list belongs to
### Custom Prioritization Rules
- Set rules within buckets (e.g., "In Marketing Events, prioritize by due date")
- Set rules between buckets (e.g., "Always show Personal SYSTEMS tasks first")
- Allow for different priority criteria like urgency, effort, impact, or custom fields
## Benefits
- Reduces cognitive load by grouping similar items
- Allows for context-switching between different types of work
- Maintains focus within each area while respecting overall priorities
- Flexible enough to adapt to individual workflows and thinking styles

I've been using Priorities and wondering why it doesn't work the way I need. I mainly use it to keep track of a few projects that need rescheduling.
While I rely on ClickUp for my BKM and BPM, I find myself wishing Priorities had an option for separate lists or buckets.
Unfortunately, this is why I still use a completely separate tool for my PPM—Todoist. It allows me to organize personal priorities into separate lists / buckets with there projects.
I'm not trying to overload ClickUp with everything, but if Priorities could somehow break out into separate buckets, it might replace Todoist for that purpose. Possibly. Simplifying my needs.
That said, some spaces in ClickUp are private, and I wouldn’t want anyone to see my personal priorities unless they already have access to those specific projects or spaces. If that could be solved that would be awesome.

I actually preferred it on the top right rather than the top left. There’s just too much happening on the left. I doubt we’ll ever agree on some of these things. Allowing customization is sometimes necessary to cater to user preferences, though it can be risky and definitely harder to develop for, I’m sure.

Vasil Enchev Think I preferred Priorities on the top-left as opposed to the top-right.
My eye is not drawn to the top-right as much, so I don't see Priorities as easily, so they don't stay top-of-mind.
As the Next Calendar Event shortcut is in the top-left, too, my eye would frequently go there and see Priorities. But now that does not happen, so I forget Priorities more easily.

Hi Vasil Enchev, I am liking the new feature and it's connection with new features like Calendar. I specially like the extra visibility everywhere in Clickup.
But am facing a few issues like I have noticed that the the shortcut "A" does not work when the task is in sidebar view.
Moreover we cannot use those for automations and that is a must for me.

I stumbled across the personal priority feature today and it solved a pain point that I've had. I had made a column in my list for a rank-ordered priorities, but it was just a numeric field that proved annoying to keep up with as tasks were finished or re-prioritized. I'm grateful that this feature automatically renumbers the tasks in those scenarios!
My only feature request at this time is to make lists sortable by personal priority, as I was unable to do so even after clearing the default priority flags.
Natalie Williams
The priorities in the top left just got activated for me. Is there a way to disable that? Or have a label vs the first item visible? I frequently screenshare and having the task name visible like that causes privacy breaches.
