Lack Of Contrast

I literally cant see anything.
The lack of on page contrast between boards/lists and task type/stage label is having a ridiculously high impact on my productivity.
Lack of contrast makes everything morph together on screen and I am on a desktop device for over 10 hours a day - it is exhausting to have to think this hard to find my daily task list and see what I need to do for the day. The side bar also is now unable to be changed to black - leading to even less contrast which makes using ClickUp the complete and actual pits.
The fact there is so much has changed and hidden in task - like finding the time tracker is difficult and has also hindered the ability to maintain momentum.
Please bring back board/list contrast AND THE BLACK SIDE BAR NAV PLEEEEEASE

Having the same issues with contrast, seperation.
Attached a Screenshot from the time tracking popup - you literally cant see the pop up. It's merged with the background, cause its the same background color.
In the second attached photo "Choosing date" it is a bit better to seperate in your mind, due to the different color. Due to the "Law of Proximity" the box right next to it is also okay to see.
Which at first would be enough for me if. the light anthrazit (yellow marked) will be used as the popup background.
Also tried 'High Contrast Mode' and it did not helped.
Also attached some examples how it would look like.

Hi there - thank you for the feedback! Have you tried toggling on 'High Contrast Mode' to see if that helps? https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6310793610391-Use-High-Contrast-Mode

Caroline Ginty Dark mode high contrast makes it much harder to see because of all the light lines.
I wish tasks in a list weren't the same color as the background. Really would love something like the Light Mode but for Dark

Couldn't agree more with this!! It makes looking for lists and tasks feel like a scavenger hunt... and not a fun one. I feel like from an accessibility standpoint this design update was a really awful choice too.

So much this! The spaces just bleed together because there's next to no visual hierarchy. And dark mode is way too dark!
