Invite Guests to the whole Space

It's annoying to invite agency clients into every folder and project. It would be much better to be able to invite guests on the space-level.

Appreciate everyones feedback on this request! Right now we have other feature requests that have higher priority such as enhanced sharing capabilities and SCIM onboarding for Enterprise customers. We will revisit this request as our roadmap allows.

- It would be to allow guest at the space level. It would make much simpler the management of the security. It’s not about reducing the number of seats…but to make it easier to implement a zero-trust approach.
By default, “Full Members” have access to everything that is public within the workspace. It would be nice to have a type of users that is denied on everything being public by default (if not guest, it could a Full Member...but with less privilege).

I agree 100% allowing a guest to view the entire space would be great. Also, it helps them have a better structure to see than a pile of folders. Especially, if they need to see two different spaces.

with the new ClickUp 3.0 Overview pages it's a real shame we can't invite our clients to the entire Space. It's a much nicer experience for them and better advertises your product to other potential customers :). We have over 200 guests having a subpar experience right now.

View only rights should be able to be assigned at a WorkSpace and/or Space level
