Surrounding a short code snippet with
backticks
should cause it to render in a monospace font. It currently does not.Github, Slack, Discord, etc. all do the monospace thing, it's natural and expected.

Hey Brent, thanks for confirming the monospace fonts in code blocks. While that's helpful, this report focused on inline code, which currently doesn't display in a monospaced font.
