Add for the task description field on the form view the ability to formatting text and paste images in the same way as in the task window or "Add task" window.

The current function of task description field on the form view is very limited, we literally can only type in text, without the ability to highlight important aspects or paste a picture across the text, because it's often very useful to make a description for a picture and understand which description applies to which picture.
